To download the open-ended responses that are available, you will need to follow the steps below:
First, you must explicitly assign yourself or the appropriate users the Culture Survey Manager role. Administrator or User Administrator access alone does not grant permission to this feature.
You can do this in one of two ways:

Create an Administrative Group for the relevant users and assign the Culture Survey Manager role to that group, as shown below.

You can also simply go to the user’s profile in Administration > Users, select Edit User, and check the Culture Survey Manager option, as shown below.
Once users have been provisioned access, you can navigate to the Culture Survey Report. Next to the print icon, you will see a User Comment icon, as shown below. Selecting this will allow you to download the responses.
