# Access to End of Assessment Open-Ended Responses

To download the open-ended responses that are available, you will need to follow the steps below:

First, you must explicitly assign yourself or the appropriate users the **Culture Survey Manager role**. *Administrator or User Administrator access alone does not grant permission to this feature.* 

You can do this in one of two ways:

- Create an Administrative Group for the relevant users and assign the Culture Survey Manager role to that group, as shown below.

- You can also simply go to the user’s profile in Administration \> Users, select Edit User, and check the Culture Survey Manager option, as shown below.

Once users have been provisioned access, you can navigate to the **Culture Survey Report.** Next to the print icon, you will see a User Comment icon, as shown below. Selecting this will allow you to download the responses.
