Culture Survey Known Limitations

We are committed to delivering a reliable and high-quality experience with the Principles Culture Survey. While we continuously work to improve our features and performance, there are some known limitations that may affect how certain functionality operates. This article outlines these current limitations to help set clear expectations and offer transparency as we work toward future enhancements.

Known Limitations

  • Users cannot be added to a survey once it has been launched. If a user was accidentally excluded or their email was entered incorrectly, please contact Support@principles.com for assistance.

  • Culture Survey Managers can only view completion statistics at an aggregate level—they cannot see which specific users have or have not completed the survey. This information can be provided by Principles Support if needed.

  • There is no way for Culture Survey Managers to pull the freeform comment data (from the last survey question) themselves today. The coach/client would need to submit a support request. 
  • For confidentiality, reports are hidden if fewer than 5 users have responded. Please ensure surveys are launched to at least 5 people, or that the survey completion rate meets this threshold.

  • Only one reminder email can be sent per day. This means you cannot send both an invitation and a reminder, or multiple reminders for the same survey, within a single day.
