Using Groups to Segment Culture Survey Results

After the culture survey is closed, the results will be generated. If you want the results to be broken down by categories such as Business Unit or Department, you must create an additional group to represent those segments.

To create these segments, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Administration section of the application and open the Groups tab.

  2. Select the Create a Group button.

  3. Enter a name for your group, such as Marketing Team.

  4. Use the Group Type dropdown to label the group. Choosing a group type gives you added user management and reporting features.

  5. Save the group.

This setup must be completed before the survey is launched.
