If you have purchased the Team Starter (30-day) plan, you will not be able to cancel during the 30-day period. However, the plan will not automatically renew.
If you have purchased the Team Growth (annual) plan, you will be able to cancel your auto renewal. You will not be reimbursed and/or you will still be responsible for the remainder of the payments during the subscription period.
To cancel your auto renewal, navigate to the Administration tab and select ‘Cancel Auto Renewal’ from the Product section of the Settings sub-tab.
