Delete (reset) someone’s assessment results
To delete a User’s assessment:
- Navigate to the Administration section and click on the ‘Users’ tab
- Find the User you are looking for and click on the edit icon

- Click on the Red Trashcan icon next to the 'Completed' status, as shown below

- You will then be prompted to type in 'DELETE' to complete the process. Once you do so, you can let the User know that they can either import their PrinciplesYou assessment results (as applicable) or take the assessment in the Principles Tools.
