Team-Based Transparency
Team-Based Transparency is now available.
This feature allows organizations to ensure that individual assessment results are only visible to members of a designated group, while everyone remains part of a single PrinciplesUs account.
It provides greater privacy and control over assessment data without requiring separate accounts.
How access works once enabled
When Team-Based Transparency is enabled for your account, all users’ personality assessment data is private by default.
Only Admins and User Admins can view all assessment results and related features across the organization.
Group members can only see results that are shared within their specific group.
How to enable the feature
To turn on Team-Based Transparency for your account, please contact support@principles.com.
How to set up group visibility
-
Go to the Groups tab in your account.
-
Create a group and add the appropriate members. This ensures those members only see the results intended for them. Instructions for creating a group can be found here.
-
Once the group is created, locate the toggle labeled “Share assessment results within group” at the top right of the group page.
-
Turn this toggle on to enable result sharing within that group.

When the toggle is on, assessment results will only be visible to members of that group and to Admins and User Admins.
